Our staff will try very hard to accommodate your busy schedule and find days and times that are convenient for you. We also happily offer drop-off appointments at no additional charge.
Depending on the age and health of your pet, we recommend health examinations at least once a year. This includes a full examination from head to tail performed by our veterinarian. Recommendations will then be made for wellness screenings including tick borne disease testing, heartworm testing, viral testing in young pets, fecal and urine testing, as well as other testing that may be indicated. Your pets' oral health will also be evaluated and a dental cleaning may be recommended. Should any abnormalities arise further diagnostic or treatment recommendations may be made. Any concerns you have about your pet, medical, nutritional, behavior or otherwise, can also be discussed with Dr. Coodin at the time of your visit.
Please bring in any medical history you have for your pet or the name and contact information of your previous veterinarian when you come in for your visit. Please note that even behavioral shifts can be a very important sign of your pets' health. If you have any concerns, please share them with our team. If you are unsure of your pets' medical history, that is completely fine, Dr. Coodin can still work with whatever information you have.
In some circumstances, Dr. Coodin may have to refer you to a specialist who has advanced expertise in areas such as internal medicine or surgery.
